Claudiu is Vice-President of AMCC România. The association gathers the main 14 receivables management companies on the Romanian market and is the representative forum at internal and international levels.

He was permanently involved in legislative topics related to the activity of its members. He is a lawyer and practitioner in insolvency and since 2008 to date he is part of KRUK Romania team, within the Legal Support Section, having a broad experience related to NPL transactions, debt collection activity, real estate transactions, banking and non banking financial institutions practice.
Claudiu dedicated himself to humanitarian activities, holding the position of Treasurer of the Romanian Red Cross National Society, after being Vice-president for the past 8 years.
