His extensive legal knowledge is connected, among other banking topics, to financing, to debt assignment, as well as to M&A processes.

Graduate of Police Academy in Romania, with a bachelor’s degree in law, Mihai also holds a Master’s degree in Fraud Prevention, as well as an MBA at Maastricht School of Management.
