Adriana started her career at Orange in 2011 as a retention & loyalty assistant, with an enthusiasm and a huge desire to learn. Subsequently, she has reoriented to the quality area because she wanted to find out behind the processes; first as business support quality and then as a people manager.

She is currently working on the development of Djingo, the virtual assistant for the care area, as Product Owner. It is the biggest challenge so far, being a new domain with a huge potential for development, and it will surely come with the highest satisfaction. She is proud that she can contribute to the development of the first chatbot in the Romanian telecom market.
